Tovina is doing pretty well with Ari Patrick. She generally doesn't mind him unless he starts crying during her much coveted TV time. And she very much enjoys the positive attention she gets when holding him with other people around. Tonight when getting ready for bed she told me that after her story she wanted to spend some time 'focusing on Ari'.
The other side of this is that she also asks us to 'focus on me' or, if she is feeling particularly neglected, 'I'd like you to pay attention to me now'.
We appreciate that she can so clearly tell us what she needs.
