114?!? What the...? Are you sure there aren't people living down there. I hear it is kind of crowded there. Maybe they are entrances to some new-fangled apartments.

Manhole covers, yes. Manholes under them, not so much. You don't actually know there's anything down there. They could just be set in the pavement. Soooo decorative!
